Feb 12, 2020 · If a site is blocked using the built-in web filter (configured using system preferences and parental controls), you can't bypass it without logging into an account that doesn't have parental controls enabled. (On 10.7 and newer, boot into the recovery mode and open Safari from there; parental controls don't work in recovery mode.)
