ah ok, I'm up in Madison and I'm in the same boat as you. Hi All, At the same time every day (around 0610 and 1615GMT) my internet goes down, but only for around a minute, then everything else eventualy logs back in and it's fine. It's just annoying, especially the one in the evening. I have a Sky Q router and when it happens the internet light flashes

For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been having intermittent internet drops - service simply stops working on any of my devices for a minute or 2 and then resumes back by itself. this happens on wired or wireless connections, both in gateway and bridged mode.
Oct 12, 2019 · Internet drops off, WiFi still A-OK and all llights on on the modem. I thought it might be an eqipment issue, so bought a new modem/router (Arris), still the same problem. Intenet drops off for 15-20 minutes and then comes back on.
